Common questions
Upload the amended protocol PDF or paste the updated criteria text. Enrollvue re-extracts and re-runs the matching against the new criteria set. Protocol amendments are common, and re-running them is included in the active protocol fee. You do not pay twice for the same trial.
No setup fee. EHR integration configuration and coordinator onboarding are both included. Sites using CSV upload rather than FHIR API are not charged separately for that. Your first month billing starts when the site is live and running queries, not when the integration work begins.
Yes. We typically run a 30-day pilot on one active protocol at one site. The pilot gives you a real output: a ranked eligibility list from your own EHR, against your actual criteria. If you want to expand to multi-site after the pilot, we apply the pilot work already done. Contact us to discuss scope and timing.
Identifiable patient records stay at the site. Enrollvue's matching computation runs on de-identified or tokenized extracts only. Enrollvue does not store or transmit PHI. This architecture is designed to align with HIPAA controls. We can walk you through the data flow in a technical call before you commit.
