Less chart review. More time for the patients you found.

A coordinator managing a single 50-patient protocol can spend 15 to 20 hours a week reviewing charts before a single patient is contacted. Enrollvue handles the chart reading. You review the candidates who actually qualify.

What a coordinator's pre-screening week looks like, before and after

Manual workflow

  • Open EMR, search patient records by diagnosis code
  • Read each chart narrative against each protocol criterion
  • Maintain a spreadsheet of findings per patient
  • Call back patients who might qualify, not sure which
  • 15-20 hours per week for a 50-patient protocol

With Enrollvue

  • Enrollvue queries EHR against all criteria automatically
  • Ranked list arrives with evidence snippets from notes
  • Review top candidates, verify evidence is accurate
  • Contact the patients you know are likely eligible
  • 2-3 hours of focused review instead of 15-20 hours of search

Connects to your EHR

Epic and Cerner connect via HL7 FHIR R4. The integration is configured by Enrollvue alongside your IT team; coordinators do not touch the setup. Sites without API access use a de-identified chart export CSV upload, which requires nothing from IT and no API credentials.

The output coordinators receive is a spreadsheet-style ranked list, not a proprietary interface. There is no new login to manage, no training module to complete. If your coordinator can read a spreadsheet, they can use an Enrollvue output on day one.
